Can anyone at QuietVault see my passwords?
No. We use end-to-end zero-knowledge encryption. Your passwords and private notes are locked before they leave your device. Our servers only store scrambled text, so it is mathematically impossible for us or anyone else to read your secrets.
What happens when I permanently delete an item from the trash?
When you permanently empty your trash, the encrypted records are immediately and irreversibly destroyed from our primary databases. We do not keep hidden archives or soft-deleted copies of purged data.
Do you share my data with third parties or advertisers?
Never. Our business model is entirely focused on providing a secure workspace. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, email address, or usage patterns with third-party marketers or advertisers.
Where is my encrypted data stored?
Your encrypted vaults are kept in highly secure, certified data centers. Because your data is encrypted on your device first, your information remains completely isolated and safe even if our servers are ever breached.
